As an average animal of the United States I am immersed in media all day long. Pure simian curiosity forces me to look for details when I see something that piques my interest. There is no way to unwatch something so unfortunately, unlike a Republican voter, I can't forget the horrible unAmerican activities I see. If I write about their crimes and the actions of their Democratic accomplices maybe I can purge it (at least slightly) from my conscious mind.
10/2/9 Democrat Alan Grayson of Florida Stands up to Bad Republicans
Telling Republicans the GOP's health care plan is for people to not get sick, and if they do, then to "die quickly," Rep. Grayson has landed a sound blow for the Democrats and for everyone who needs health insurance reform (that is to say all US citizens). While on CNN he blasted fascist Republicans again in CNN's "The Situation Room" for blocking health care reform. Grayson insisted that it's the GOP who needs to apologize to America, and he called Republicans "knuckle-dragging neanderthals."
Right on Mr. Grayson! Be careful now because the nastiest Republicans are coming to get you! You are an American Hero! Show the rest of the Democrats how to find their spines!
9/29/09 Democrat Blue Dogs Need to be Neutered
Five turncoat traitorous Democrats joined with fascist Republicans today to defeat a public health insurance option. The amendment, sponsored by Sen. Jay Rockefeller (D-W.Va.), died in a 15-8 vote due to the actions of the DINOs.
Traitorous Democrats continued to flay the bill and defeat a second public-option proposal. By a vote of 13-10, the committee rejected another public option amendment sponsored by Sen. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.).
Turning against fellow Democrats on a matter so important to the American people, on a bill that public poll after public poll has indicated has majority support in main street America, means these Democrats must be removed from office.
Schumer's public option was considered moderat. It still didn't satisfy the 5 Democrats who are more interested in making nice with corrupt Republicans.
The five anti-Democrat Democrats are: Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus (D-Mont.) - a famous do-nothing who has acted against his voters interests in this matter since it was given to him (bad decision Pres. Obama), Kent Conrad (D-N.D.) and Blanche Lincoln (D-Ark.) opposed the Schumer amendment. Baucus said he did so because he didn't think it could garner 60 votes on the floor. He added that his highest priority is to pass a bill.
That's right. A bill. Any bill. Watered down and shoved through the system fast, that's important. Not that it serves the interests of the American people, but that it gets done fast. WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH MAX BAUCUS?????
Voters of Montana, PLEASE REMOVE MAX BAUCUS FROM OFFICE. He's harmed enough Americans during his time in office. He's getting fabulously rich taking health insurance industry payoffs for helping them. Stop him now.
And voters in the other states were the 4 other traitorous Democrats originate - get them out of office too. They are hurting you, and they are hurting me and all other Americans. Wealthy, secure, sitting on nice health insurance plans of their own, they have no reason to help you or me or anyone else but themselves. Kick their asses out of office.

The last few days have been dominated with the passing of a giant. Ted Kennedy, you will be missed. And not surprisingly, there are those on the right who see fit to take advantage of a fallen Knight of Camelot.

He choose an expensive operation and painful follow up treatments. He saw his work as vitally important and so he fought for every minute he could stay on this earth doing it. He would be a very fortunate man if his heroic last few months were what future generations remember him most for."
He chose an operation because he had the money to afford it. His insurance was not cheap. Personally I'm happy to pay for it. I'd be proud to pay for lifesaving treatments of ANY American (or other human for that matter). But whackjob Huckabee deserves his place on the garbage heap of Republican lies for twisting the death of a great man to his own ends, which would be continuing the mental confusion of his constituents. What God to you worship Mr. Huckabee? Maybe you need a refresher course.

The Colorado Democratic Party headquarters in Denver was vandalized this past week in what party officials say was a protest against President Obama's health care agenda.
Twenty-four-year-old Maurice Schwenkler was arrested on Tuesday morning on suspicion of smashing eleven windows at the party's Denver office. The state party chair, Pat Waak, told local press that the vandalism seemed tied to the ongoing health care debate. Windows that were shattered contained posters that praised Obama's efforts to push through health care.

Always at the forefront of liar-based technology, the dirtiest of the GOP (critters like Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa)) are doing what they do best - lying about what they've lied about a couple weeks ago. They really must think their constituents are raging dullards. Seeing the creeps up close in my area lead me to believe they know their base. It is past time for President Obama to go it alone and leave these ignorant knuckle dragging black hearted examples of American greed and stupidity and pass a 100% truly meaningful reform package with an A+ public option. Republicans don't want to work with you? Impeding the system? Working against the American people at every turn? Fuck 'em. FUCK THE REPUBLICANS.

Oh this is absolutely precious (bahahahahaha!!!!) Barney Frank, Democrat, when confronted by a town haller sporting an "Obama equals Hitler" or some such generic hate sign. The town haller asked how he could support Nazi policies. Frank, Democrat TOP DOG HERO, responded "What planet do you spend most of your time on?" He refused to treat the town haller with the respect you would give an adult with a true question. Instead Barney Frank, Democrat TOP DOG HERO, ignored the predictable setup and commented "trying to have a conversation with you would be like trying to argue with a dining room table."

Senator Conrad, Democrat (North Dakota pop. 641,481), STFU. Take your little state with your band of religious freaks and stop trying to speak for a hundred million people or more.
"The fact of the matter is there are not the votes in the United States Senate for the public option, there never have been, so to continue to chase that rabbit is just a wasted effort," Conrad said on Fox News (your source for misinformation) Sunday.
This "mouse that roared" assumes that a bill containing a public option would need 60 votes to overcome a filibuster. In speaking for anyone but the band of Christians infesting the lone prairie of his sparsely populated and intellectually anemic patch of the country, the man oversteps his bounds.

as there ever a doubt?). Jeff Sessions is out of the closet proclaiming he'll vote against the "wise Latina". This piece of southern fried shit belongs down on the farm, not in a place of public trust where his twisted decisions effect people outside of Alabama. It also seems there may be others within the GOP that admit the truth everyone else can see - the southern Republicans are dragging the GOP down in areas of national voter popularity, flexibility, and (most noticeably) intelligence. This corn pone dumbing down effect may be the final nail in the Republican coffin. Just ask a Birther if you doubt the effect of low intelligence on the GOP! Or sit through any gathering of Republican tea party tea bagger boys.

Big break in updates due to moving the domain. It's always a chore. But bad Republicans never take a break. Right now they are hard at work trying anything to slow down and stop health care reform. Of course pathetic pussy Democrats give them the chance by failing, again, to press their advantage. Next to Republicans, the spineless ineffective and corrupt Democrats inhabiting DC are the second greatest danger to the country. Even President Obama has partially caved and no longer appears to be interested in a system sea change, but just a ball-less insurance makeover. The Democrats failure to accomplish anything, even when they have numbers and support, and a president in the white house, sickens me. The fact they are so scared of Republicans is proof to me of their deep addiction to corporate monies and lobbyist bribery. Of course that's never been a secret, but their refusal to move in the direction of their constituents desires will be the final straw. They'll be next on the list after the cancer known as the GOP is removed from congress. Democrats can still save themselves and the United States if they wake up and act quickly, and ignore the Republicans and their own traitorous blue dog conservative members who should be sold to Chinese dog food processors.

Watching the circus for a couple of days is enough to confuse anyone. Republicans are going absolutely nuts trying to figure out how to clog up the pipes of government with the Sotomayor nomination to the Supreme Court. As usual, all they do is through shit. They show their idiocy in a blatant way when they rail against empathy. Conservatives hate empathy. Even house negro Michael Steele is on record as scoffing at the idea of empathy. And these dickheads actually wonder why America despises them?
But the worst the hit me was the article on child prisoners THE UNITED STATES IS HOLDING IN GUANTANAMO. And possibly elsewhere. I've known about this before but like all horrible news you can barely stand and can't do anything about, I kind of shoved it under my daily consciousness. I'm writing about it here to add another voice to the crowd calling for their release, or at least an examination and a move to humane holding until we can decide where we should send them (but children? c'mon, let's be real). We have tortured these children, and abused them, and that is of course after they fell into American hands. What they went through when in the hands of insurgents and terrorists, and the wonderful Afghan police. Thank god the ACLU is doing something because it's beyond the ability of the average citizen to make any difference in the monster network the Bush administration and other fascist elements of our country (read BAD REPUBLICANS) have created. Democrats, you stinking piles of crap aren't off the hook either because a good number of you SOBs knew all about it and have done nothing. Even when they have a majority the ratdog Democrats are afraid to stand up to Republicans. Sickening.
Reports are that Mohammed Jawad has been in Guantanamo and being held as a prisoner since 2003. Be aware of what your government does to children - this boy was possibly as young as 12 when he was picked up. Accounts differ and range from that age to around 17 but we don't know for sure. We do know he's not the only youngster we've put in our "POW" camps. Now, at 16 or 17 I'd say you're at the cusp of adulthood and might need special care. Any younger than that and that "special care" takes on a new meaning. Aren't you proud, as an American, of the "special care" we've given the youngest detainees? For people who pride themselves as living in the most advanced or one of the most advanced countries in the world, you should be sickened by it. I know I am.

A black man President has driven Republicans bull goose loony. There is no doubt. Their long time propagandists, I'm speaking about the Fox news things, are showing remarkable lack of common sense and intelligence. Specifically, Brian Kilmeade who apparently stepped into the 1950's for a few minutes and attended a few KKK rallies in his head, then returned and made the following statement on a major new outlet (yes, it is Fox News of course, on the always laughable (in a sick way) Fox and Friends show with Greta Carlson).
"We keep marrying other species and other ethnics."
This is pure chapter 1 KKK, Stormfront white supremacist propaganda. Small brained Brian went on to explain his eugenics theory, that the Swedes have "pure" genes because they marry other swedes (all the time? how does that work?). Finlands, French, Germans, apparently all the same (note these are all in the loathed European region of the world which is a long time target of hate from poorly educated and inflammatory citizens of Wingnuttia). Apparently this choice of marrying people who are of the same nationality, to the poorly educated Kilmeade, equates to creating and maintaining a pure society.
Spanish are another species.
Indians another species.
Asians another species.
Jews another species.
Anyone familiar with frothy mouthed hate speech of white supremacy understands full well the code here and even those not indoctrinated in full "us vs the mud people" ideology can understand what Brian Kilmeade the bigot is saying. This is from a man on a television "news" channel. I think any intelligent open minded individual will recognize that his audience, and the people who's viewpoints (propaganda) he is pushing are Bad Republicans in the deepest and darkest sense. People who believe this type of stuff are dangerous for society. They should be tagged and monitored at all times.
